Should Vaccines Be Mandatory for All Healthcare Providers?

SHEA stresses that this should be a condition for employment, and medical contraindications should be the only exception to being immunized in order to improve public health and reduce healthcare-associated spread of infection. However, some feel that they should have the freedom to refuse vaccination.
